Great companies have one common factor: a strong that is shared from the founders to every single employee, regardless of job or level. This enables us to build a strong corporate culture, which then acts as the backbone for the company's continuous growth. Rather than huge pay packages of multiple welfare benefits, this shared vision is what retains staff in today's competitive job environment.
Building and maintaining this culture begins with recruiting the right people who share the same vision. Although Hyundai has been recognized as one of the best companies in South Korea for young graduates, it has never communicated its core message. We approached the 2016 Job Fair with this in mind to seek the passionate few. The ones willing to challenge themselves, and those who wish to join the journey of becoming a lifetime partner that enriches the everyday lives of ordinary people.
Hence the question; what makes you move? We posted this question to young talents, and at the same time we let them know who we are, why we exist, and what we do.
